In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@lymphoria.fr within 30 days of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by Lymphoria for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
