Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, in its original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@lymphoria.fr explaining the reason. If accepted, we will send a return label by email.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs

We cover return shipping costs within 30 days of receipt for defective or incorrect items. No restocking fees.

Specific Return Conditions

Change of mind: Return within 30 days — unused and in original packaging.

Defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged in transit: Send photos within 48 hours. We assess and cover costs if necessary.

Wrong item received: Contact us within 48 hours. We cover return and send the correct item.

Product not received: Contact us within 48 hours to open a carrier investigation. Full refund or replacement if not found.

Order cancellation: Cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing us. If already dispatched, follow the return procedure upon receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. Return the item first — once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
